Shipping policy
Please see the website banner for current turn around time for your orders. Orders received after 5pm CST will have the TAT starting the next business day.
Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS or UPS. We do not ship on U.S. holidays and shipping times can vary between 3-7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14-20 business days.
If there's a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.
If you haven't received your package, what should you do?

Lost Packages:
- USPS considers a package lost if it hasn't been delivered 7 days after the expected delivery date. For Priority Mail Express, this timeframe is shortened to 5 days.
- If your package is lost, you can file a claim online through the USPS website. You'll need to provide details about the package and its value.

Stolen Packages:
- If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if you suspect it was stolen, start by checking with neighbors or others who might have accepted it on your behalf.
- You can also file a Missing Mail Search request on the USPS website. This is for domestic packages sent via Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, First-Class Package Service, and USPS Retail Ground.

Claims and Reimbursement:
- For lost packages, if the claim is approved, USPS will reimburse you for the package's value (up to the declared value).
- For stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered, USPS generally does not reimburse unless you have evidence the package was stolen from your delivery address.
